Reservations are not required. However it maybe a long day and you might want to have a room to sleep in the night before. Friday night Registration is available to help save you time on Saturday. A booking link will be provided on Facebook for a room block. The sooner you make reservations the better.
 

Invitation

PageantHub Productions invites you to the Mini National of the year! An entertaining family weekend awaits you. PHP is known for being well organized, stress free, fun event, and wonderful prizes and awards. We know that when you look over the paperwork at first it can be a lot to take in. It is very simple to get registered for the Mini National. All you have to do is send your $100 deposit by paypal or money order. You can even split your deposit and pay half and pay the other half later. Keep in mind the total of $100 must be in by deposit deadline. You can also make payments by money order to pay on your balance. Next email a digital copy of a head shot photo for the program book along with submitting the online entry form! The rest of the fees you can pay day of pageant in cash. If you want to enter for a chance to win a cover or centerfold of the program book, go ahead and send the entry fee for that contest (after your initial deposit). We have made registering very easy by giving you the ability to enter without even leaving home. All Contestants will be awarded no less than a 12” Crown & very nice Trophy!

Age Divisions: Girls 0-11 mo, 12-23 mo, 2-3 yr, 4-5 yr, 6-7 yr, 8-9 yr, 10-12 yr, 13-15 yr, 16-Up
Contestants compete age day of pageant. No fall backs.
Birth certificate may be requested for age verification.
Age Divisions may be split or combined at Directors discretion.

Registration

1. Deposit - Paypal & Money Orders are accepted for deposits. Please use the paypal button located on the website. All paypal payment must include 4% paypal processing fee. You can use a card through paypals secure server.

2. Entry Form - Please do not forget to submit your entry form! This information is vital to placing you in your age group. If we receive your deposit and not your entry form, we will not place you in line up until the form is received. You may use the printed entry form or the online submit form on our web site www.OklahomaPageants.com

3. Program Book Headshot – Please email a high resolution digital copy of your natural head shot photo for the National Program Book. Do not mail your photos, only digital copies are accepted for the program book. For the photo portion of the pageant bring your photos to registration.

Pageant Information

Appearance / Hair & Makeup etc - Please Read! Big over done hair and too much make up will be deducted for. It will be at the Judges discretion, decisions are final. No exceptions. We are not looking for glitzy pageant dresses or expensive outfits. No entrance into the ballroom prior to pageant.

Contestant Numbers & Line Up Contestant line up in each age group is determined by date deposit is received. For mail-in deposits the postmark date or received date will be used. First paid in, is last out or your choice in line up. Last paid deposit is first out.

Discounts & Sibling Discount First child enters supreme package full price, additional siblings receive a $50 discount off their supreme package. All other events are normal price. Discounts may not be combined. You can only use ONE highest discount. Birth certificate may be requested for verification.

Entries Names/number of contestants entered in pageant or age division will not be given out. Do not ask.

Vendors Ballroom space is limited. If you wish to have space in the ballroom contact the director for price & availability. We will not have space for anyone who did not prearrange it. Space in ballrooms are intended for contestants and those that have paid for admission only. No signs, posters, etc. will be permitted on hotel walls, doors or elevators. A table will be placed by the Ballroom entrance. You are welcome to place your signs and information at the table. Ignoring this rule may result in being barred from future events as determined by the director. Tables & space will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis and limited. No early entry into the ballroom.

Stage Photography Stage shots will be available for purchase. A photographer will be on site. No camera's, cell phones, video allowed in the ballroom, no exceptions! Please show respect for our policy and photographer.

Crowning Crowning will take place Saturday Night. Attire for crowning is in the official T-Shirt and solid white color bottoms. Crowning Shirt is Black with official Logo. We do NOT double crown except for noted titles. Titles such as Program Book Photo Contest winners, Ad page sale winners, Sponsor Tickets Sellers (Sponsor Queens), andTalent titles.

Competition

  • Scoring for Beauty will be: Facial Beauty & Personality. Attire & Modeling is not scored.
  • Scoring for theme wear will be: Facial Beauty, Personality, and overall appearance score will be judged on appeal of garment. Props allowed must carry on and off in 30 seconds. Custom Music allowed.
  • Scoring for Outfit of Choice (OOC) will be: Facial Beauty, Personality, and overall appearance score will be judged on appeal of garment. No Props. Custom Music allowed.
  • Scoring for Talent will be: Stage Presence, Execution of Talent, and Overall Appearance. To Enter Talent you must notify the director by pageant deadline Talent is open to ages 4 & up. Time Limit is 3 minutes. Your talent can be less but not longer than 3 minutes.
  • Scoring for Photos will be: Facial Beauty and Overall Appeal. When selecting photos to enter consider; Quality of the image, clarity, and eye contact.

No expensive clothes or fancy modeling routines needed. Modeling should be basic, no mule kicks, Pro-am, Tumbling or Gymnastics moves. Runway modeling preferred. No Glitz Photos allowed. We only accept Natural Photos. Every contestant has an equal chance to win at PHP!

Late for competition Be in the ballroom 10 minutes early. If you are late when your name is called points will be deducted, we will move on and will not wait. If you miss beauty line up you will not be included in best awards.

Tentative Schedule (These times are approximate. Schedule will be posted two weeks prior to event.)

Saturday Registration Sept 29th, 9:00am – 10:00 am
You must register prior to entering the ballroom.
When you arrive at the hotel come and register as soon as you can.

Please have everything with you when you come to Registration (documents, Funds, & Photos). Photogenic entries must be turned in at Registration. Photos are required to be in a clear protective photo protector. No frames, binders, folders, albums, portfolios, envelopes etc. allowed. Clear plastic photo protectors will be for sale at Registration for $2.00 each if you need them.

★ All Deposits and Entry fees are non transferable and non refundable. You cannot forward your deposit. You cannot use previous deposits that you have forwarded for the National pageant. A separate deposit is required for this pageant event.

Referrals Receive your supreme package paid if you refer 4 NEW families that have not competed at a PHP pageant before. You will receive a $25 credit for each NEW referral if less than four. Your referrals must enter day of pageant.

Good Sportsmanship & Conduct Inappropriate conduct, bad sportsmanship, threats or destruction of property by any contestant, parent, or guest towards the hotel staff, pageant staff, other contestants and families, or the director will result in disqualification with no refund and barred from future events.


Competition Events in order . . .

A detailed schedule including breaks will be given to you at registration.

Beauty Event – Time Limit is 90 seconds, Music is provided. Attire can be off the rack or custom. Long or short dresses any style. Think soft, sweet and darling for younger contestants ages 0-9. Consider beautiful, elegant and classy for older contestants.

Theme Wear – Time Limit 90 seconds. Attire can be off the rack or custom. This years theme is Red Carpet/Hollywood. Props & custom music allowed. Must be able to carry props on/off stage in 30 seconds.

Outfit of Choice – Time Limit 1 minute. This can be off the rack or custom. Theme is your choice. Judged on Facial Beauty, Personality, & Overall appeal of the garment. No pro-am modeling. No Props allowed.

Optional Talent - Time Limit not to exceed 3 minutes. Stage Presence, Execution of Talent, and Overall Appearance. To Enter Talent you must notify the director by pageant deadline

  • Talent is open to ages 4 & up.
  • No live animals, glitter, confetti, fire, etc. Not mentioned? Not sure? Please ask.
  • Props must be a part of the talent, no background Props allowed.
  • You will be awarded the highest title you qualify for.
  • Please be careful with all equipement barrowed and used, you are responsible for it.
  • Do not throw or drop mics and headsets, etc.
  • This is a double crowned event.

Photogenic – One photo entry is included in the Supreme Package. You may enter extra photos for $10 each. No Glitz Photos accepted. Natural photos only.

Natural Model Comp Card – Not included in supreme package and is optional to enter. A comp card is also known as a composite card. Contains 3-6 photos in various poses and looks. No glitz comps accepted.

1 – Mega Ultimate Grand Supreme We will award a hi-point winner. Winner will receive a beautiful 16in crown, scepter, crowning robe, sash, and up to a 5 foot three pole trophy. Appearance on promotional advertising and website.

2 – Ultimate Grand Supremes We will award a winner in 0-3 years, and a winner in 4 & up. Winners will receive a beautiful 16in crown, scepter, crowning robe, sash, and up to a 5 foot three pole trophy. Appearance on promotional advertising and website.

3 – Mega Grand Supremes We will award a winner in 0-23 months, a winner in 2-5 years, and a winner in 6 years and Up. Winners will receive a beautiful 16in crown, scepter, crowning robe, sash, and a very nice trophy.

3 – Grand Supremes We will award a winner in 0-23 months, 2-5 years, and a winner in 6 & up. Winners will receive a beautiful crown, scepter, crowning robe, sash, and a very nice trophy.

1 – Overall Most Beautiful Supreme We will award a winner in this category. Winner will receive a beautiful big crown, scepter, crowning robe, sash, and a very nice trophy.

1 – Overall Theme Wear Supreme We will award a winner in this category. Winner will receive a beautiful big crown, scepter, crowning robe, sash, and a very nice trophy.

1 – Overall OOC Supreme We will award a winner in this category. Winner will receive a beautiful big crown, scepter, crowning robe, sash, and a very nice trophy.

1 – Overall Photogenic Supreme We will award a winner in this category. Winner will receive a beautiful big crown, scepter, crowning robe, sash, and a very nice trophy.

1 – Overall Compcard Model Supreme We will award a winner in this category. Winner will receive a beautiful big crown, scepter, crowning robe, sash, and a very nice trophy.

1 – Ultimate Talent Winner We will award a Ultimate Talent Winner from the Talent portion of the competition and will be awarded a Crown, Sash, Crowning Robe, & beautiful Award. Can be double crowned. Other talent participants will be recognized. * With 10 or more entered 3 overall talent winners will be awarded.

1 – Cover Model Winner .. (can be double crowned) We will award a winner in this category. Winner will receive a beautiful crown, and a nice commemorative gift.

1 – Centerfold Model …. (can be double crowned) We will award a winner in this category. Winner will receive a beautiful crown, and a nice commemorative gift.

1 – Super Model …. (can be double crowned) We will award a winner in this category. Winner will receive a beautiful crown, and a nice commemorative gift.

9 – Divisional Supreme Queens We will award a winner in each of the age divisions. Winners will receive a beautiful crown, sash, and beautiful trophy.

At PHP we are keeping the cost low so everyone can afford to come and have a great time! If you have never been to a PHP event you are in for a treat. We have a nice production and beautiful awards. A national level feel, without the National level price.

Please fill out the entry form and mail to our National office. The balance will be due in cash at Registration. No checks or cards are accepted at Registration. Have your cash planned in advance, there may not be a ATM near by. There are no refunds of any money paid towards the National Pageant and its affiliated contests. Any money paid towards the National Pageant and affiliated contests cannot be forwarded to next years National Pageant if you are unable to attend.

We are known for adding more titles at no additional cost to you. As well as splitting age divisions! Send your entry form promptly after submitting your deposit.

The more contestants we have the more National titles are added. We do not add Door Titles, no surprises. There are no last minute titles to enter that you might not have been prepared for. Everything is in the paperwork so you can plan ahead, no last minute surprises.

Program Books

Program books are a great keepsake and only $10 each. Please plan in advance if you want extra program books and let the director know by deadline. This way we can preorder enough books. Other wise we will not have extras. Additional copies will not be ordered after the pageant.

The National program books have color covers, some color pages, all ads will be in black and white.

All AD pages need to be in 8.5x11 print ready digital format (email to: ok(dot)carol(at)yahoo(dot)com).

We will also have a FREE contest for your ads! Your print ready AD pages will be judged for BEST designed AD page contest. The prize could be a very nice gift or a cash prize!!!!

Tips: If you are not experienced with photo editing software, you can create your ads on paper and scan them. Then Email the scanned copy. When making your ad pages, do not use staples. Take a small piece of tape and place it on the back of the picture, ad, or business card and attach it to a piece of 8.5x 11 paper or letterhead. Add any writing or embellishments and then scan your copy.

Official PHP Logo T-Shirt
Mom's get your official PHP T-Shirts and sparkle! These are black t-shirts with the white & red rhinestone logo on the front.
They are $20 and can be ordered on the entry form under” crowning t-shirt”.


Enter the Cover Model, Centerfold Model, & Super Model Contests!

Cover Model
We are looking for a gorgeous face to grace the cover of our National Program Book! What an honor it is to be chosen for this award! Can you imagine the excitement to find out you have won the coveted Cover Model award! For Cover Model we are looking for a head shot that has appeal, clarity, and is a quality image, showcasing a gorgeous face. We are looking for a face you could see on a magazine. Can be color or black/white photo. Must be Natural photo. No glitz photos accepted.

Centerfold Model
A centerfold model is a ½ body, or ¾ body or full body shot. We refer to this as a Print Model. We are looking for a model like quaility appearance. Photo can be color or black/white. Should be a quality image with clarity, and model appeal. Can you see this photo as a Ad for a clothing store or an ad for a magazine? What an honor it will be to win this distinguished award.

Super Model
A super model is a natural stage shot photo (no glitz pageant stage shots). We are looking for facial beauty, fun, quaility model appearance, with lots of personality.

This contest is Judged prior to the National Pageant, therefore it can be double crowned. Please mark all photos cover or centerfold along with contestants Name and Age.

You can enter this pageant for FREE by selling program book ad pages to family, friends, or businesses for our National program book. There are several ways to sell your ad pages. Each page should feature a photo of your contestant along with the AD. A full page is $100, half page is $50, one-fourth of a page is $25, and another popular option is asking 10 sponsors to each donate $10 and sign a GOOD LUCK Page with your contestants photo on it. Ads can be mixed and matched as long as each page totals $100.

All AD pages need to be in 8.5x11 print ready digital format (email to: ok(dot)carol(at)yahoo(dot)com). We will also have a FREE contest for your ads! Your print ready AD pages will be judged for BEST designed AD page contest. The prize could be a very nice gift or a cash prize!!!!

You can Enter for FREE & Double Crown!

This is a fundraiser for your Supreme Package entry fee. You can have Sponsors such as friends, family, co-workers, businesses or yourself buy tickets. Tickets sell for $5.00 each. Contestants that sell tickets will be CROWNED National Sponsor Queen. All sponsor tickets & money order must be received by September 2.

Ticket sheets can be printed from this page. Ticket sales have no bearing how you place in the pageant. Please notify the director if you are selling tickets, and how many so that these special prizes can be ordered for you. This is considered a double crowning event. The tickets will go into a for a $100.00 Wal-Mart gift card. Sponsor does not need to be present to win. The ticket seller will deliver the gift card to the winning sponsor. You must still send your deposit in advance. If you do not send a deposit you will not have a place reserved for you in the pageant, since it is a Crown All Event, there is a limited number of entries accepted. Your deposit holds your place in the pageant. You can take your deposit out of your ticket funds and send it in advance, then later send your remaining funds & tickets.

Information for your National Deposit

You are encouraged to send your full deposit to enter. However we want to make it as easy as possible for you. Therefore we are giving you the option to split your deposit in HALF and even pay a little at a time. Keep in mind in order to QUALIFY for the early bird Deposit you must have $100 paid in before August 11th. If you only have $50 paid in that will not qualify you for the early bird special price. No exceptions.
